You can learn ways to deal with worry. For those of us who get with anxiety attack, we distinguish what it seems like. Our heart pounds. We get butterflies in our tummy. We fear and worry over everything and anything. We have hot and cold sweats. Our throats dried out and we have trouble swallowing, just to name a few.

These worry attacks can appear from no where. I have spoken with a lot of people who have said "my life is fantastic; I don't understand why I am suddenly suffering with anxiety attacks". This is the character of the beast. There is no chosen format for worry attacks. They can occur to people whose lives are going truly well, as well, as those who lives aren't going so well.

null It's not like having a cold or some other sickness, where there symptoms are typical and simple to see and diagnose.

Understanding what worry attacks are will help you to have better control and help you dealing with anxiety. It is normal to worry and feel tense or fearful when under burden or facing a taxing circumstances. Anxiety is the body's normal response to danger, an automatic alarm that goes off when we feel threatened.

From my own understanding off dealing with anxiety attacks, I am conscious of the fact that the more you think about the anxiety the stronger the symptoms become. The more powerful the symptoms, the more powerful the anxiety attacks become. Then you are in the realms of a viscous circle. This is when it becomes really hard to over come your nervousness attacks.

It's not till you truly become aware of the fact that your thoughts have shaped your anxiety, so it stands to reason that if you've manifested the anxiety attack then surely you can UNcreate the worry attacks. This element is really hard for people to understand. And I know exactly how they think! When I was told this, I rejected it. Why would I want to do this to myself? It didn't make sense.

But at the end of the day no matter how much I tried to ignore that fact, it was accurate, my thoughts where the foundation of my anxiety. I experimented with it. The higher I focused my energy on the anxiety the stronger my worry attack became. So with the help of a therapist, I was able to work on my thoughts and defeat my nervousness.

It would be a lie to say I am nervousness free, however I am much more able to deal with anxiety, I have more coping strategies. Managing anxiety is now much easier for me.

Another to bear in mind, is that worry may be unpleasant, but it isn't always a difficult thing. This nervousness can help up be alert, the adrenalin can keep us focused. When anxiety is relentless, when it interferes with relationships and activities-that's when you have crossed the line from normal anxiety into the territory of anxiety disorders.
